SOP OYONG MISOA

Bahan :
200 gr udang
3 buah oyong (gambas), kupas, iris
2 buah tahu cina, iris dadu
2 buah wortel, iris
4 butir telur, kocok lepas
3 ikat misoa
3 sdm minyak goreng
3 siung bawang putih, memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
1,5 ltr air
garam, gula dan merica secukupnya

Cara membuat :
  • Panaskan minyak goreng dan tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum.
  • Masukkan udang dan masak hingga udang berubah warna.
  • Tambahkan air, setelah mendidih masukkan oyong, tahu, telur, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata.
  • Tambahkan misoa, masak sebentar.
  • Sajikan hangat, taburi dengan irisan daun bawang dan seledri.
