SOTO ACEH

Bahan :
500 gr daging sapi, potong dadu kecil
750 ml santan
2 btg serai memarkan
4 lembar daun salam
2 bh tomat, iris-iris
2 btg seledri, iris halus
2 bh jeruk nipis, peras
2 sdm bawang goreng, untuk taburan
3 sdm minyak

Bumbu Halus :
8 buah bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
4 butir kemiri
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 ruas jari jahe
Garam secukupnya

Cara membuat :
  • Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum kemudian masukkan daging sapi. Aduk-aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
  • Masukkan santan, serai dan daun salam.
  • Masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. Buang serai dan daun salam.
  • Sajikan soto dengan irisan bawang goreng, tomat, daun seledri dan air jeruk nipis.

Ingredients:
500 gr beef, cut into small dice
750 ml coconut milk
2 stalks bruised lemongrass
4 bay leaves
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 pcs lemon, squeezed
2 tbs fried onions, for topping
3 tbs cooking oil

Smooth Seasonings:
8 pieces red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander, toasted
4 candlenuts
1 tsp pepper powder
1 knuckle of ginger
salt to taste

How to cook :
  • Stir fry the smooth seasonings until fragrant and then insert beef. Stir until cooked meat.
  • Enter the coconut milk, lemongrass and bay leaves.
  • Cook, stirring frequently until boiling. Do not forget to remove lemongrass and bay leaves.
  • Serve soup with slices of fried onions, tomatoes, celery and lemon juice.
