Bahan:
1 pak jeli bubuk
750 ml air
2 sdt kopi bubuk
1/8 sendok teh pasta kopi
75 gram gula pasir
Bahan saus:
50 gram gula pasir
300 ml susu cair
50 gram gula pasir
1/8 sendok teh garam
2 sendok teh tepung maizena campur dengan 25 ml air
Cara membuat :
1 pak jeli bubuk

Cara membuat :
- Campur jeli, kopi, pasta kopi dan gula hingga rata lalu masak sampai mendidih.
- Tuang ke dalam cetakan lalu bekukan.
- Masak 50 gram gula pasir dengan api kecil hingga mencair dan menjadi karamel.
- Tambahkan susu sambil diaduk rata. Masukkan gula dan garam, aduk sampai mendidih.
- Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Setelah mendidih, angkat. Dinginkan dan tuang ke atas jeli.

50 grams sugar

2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 25 ml of water

- Mix jelly, coffee, pasta, coffee and sugar until blended and cook until boiling. Pour into molds and freeze.
- Cook 50 grams of white sugar over low heat until melted and becomes caramel.
- Add milk, stirring evenly. Insert sugar and salt, stirring until boiling.
- Thicken with cornstarch water. After boiling, remove from heat. Chill and pour over jelly.
- More delicious when served cold.
