STIK KEJU PEDAS

Bahan :
200 g tepung terigu serba guna
100 g singkong, kupas, kukus, haluskan
1 sdt garam
75 g keju cheddar, parut
1 sdt baking powder
20 g tepung maizena
2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
1 sdt cabai kering, haluskan
1 batang seledri, cincang halus, peras
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk instan
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat :
  • Campur semua bahan, aduk hingga berbutir-butir. Bulatkan.
  • Tipiskan dengan penggiling adonan hingga setebal 2 mm. Masukkan dalam cetakan mi, potong-potong hingga berbentuk seperti mi dengan lebar 1/2 cm, potong kembali sepanjang 15 cm.
  • Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas hingga matang berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat. Tiriskan.
  • Simpan dalam stoples rapat. Sajikan.
