AYAM BAKAR MADU

Bahan :
1 ekor ayam
4 sdm mentega
Bumbu Perendam, aduk rata:
5 siung bawang putih, parut
6 sdm madu
2 sdm air jeruk nipis/lemon
4 sdm saus tomat
4 sdm kecap asin
4 sdm saus cabai botolan
2 sdt merica bubuk
4 sdt garam

Cara membuat :
  • Tusuki daging ayam dengan garpu di seluruh bagian ayam.
  • Lumuri dengan bumbu perendam hingga rata dan biarkan terendam selama 1-2 jam agar bumbu meresap.
  • Letakkan ayam dan bumbu perendamnya di pinggan tahan panas. Lapisi mentega di atasnya.
  • Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 60 menit, sesekali balik dan olesi bumbu hingga ayam kering dan matang.
  • Angkat,sajikan dengan salad sayuran.
*selain di panggang, ayam juga bisa dibakar di atas bara api.

Ingredients :
1 chicken
4 tbs butter
Marinade, mix well:
5 cloves garlic, grated
6 tbs honey
2 tbs lime juice / lemon
4 tbs tomato sauce
4 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs bottled chili sauce
2 tsp pepper powder
4 tsp salt

  • Skewer chicken with a fork in all parts of the chicken.
  • Marinate with seasoning until blended and let soak for 1-2 hours for flavor seep into the meat.
  • Place chicken and seasoning in heat-resistant dish. spread with butter on it.
  • Bake in hot oven 180 C for 60 minutes, occasionally turning and basting ingredients until dry and cooked.
  • Remove and serve with vegetables salad .
* other than grilled, chicken can also be burned on the coals of fire.
