SOP KONRO

Bahan:
1 kg      iga sapi, iris menurut ruas
2 ltr     air
3 cm    kayu manis
3 btr    cengkeh
3 cm    lengkuas memarkan
2 lbr    daun salam
2 sdm  air asam jawa
3 sdm  minyak untuk menumis
5 btr     bawang merah, iris halus
garam secukupnya

Haluskan :
5 btr      bawang merah
3 siung  bawang putih
1 sdt       merica bulat
½ sdt    pala
2 sdm    kluwek
50 gr      kacang merah rebus
garam

Cara membuatnya:
  • Rebus iga dengan kayumanis, lengkuas, cengkeh, salam, air asam dan garam hingga empuk.
  • Tumis irisan bawang merah dan bumbu halus hingga harum dan masukkan kedalam rebusan daging iga. Masak hingga bumbu meresap
  • Sajikan panas dengan sambal terasi dan jeruk nipis.
