Bahan I
1/2 bungkus agar-agar bubuk putih
350 ml air
150 gram gula jawa
50 gram kurma, haluskan

1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk putih
700 ml santan
Daun pandan 2 lembar, simpul
150 gram gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh garam
Cara membuat :

Cara membuat :
- Masukkan bahan I hingga rata lalu masak hingga air mendidih. Angkat lalu tuang dalam cetakan persegi.
- Lakukan hal yang sama dengan bahan II, campur rata semua bahan lalu masak hingga mendidih. Tuang diatas adonan I yang sudah agak beku.
- Masukkan dalam lemari es. sajikan dalam potongan kotak kecil.

50 grams of dates, puree

700 ml coconut milk
2 pieces of pandan leaves, knot
150 grams sugar

- Combine all ingredients I and then cook until water boils. Lift and pour it in a square mold.
- Do the same with ingredients II, mix all ingredients and cook until boiling. Pour over the dough I that has already frozen.
