Bahan:
100 gr gula pasir

Cara membuat:
- Siapkan pinggan tahan panas volume 250 ml.
- Kocok gula pasir dan telur hingga gula larut.
- Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata. Saring dan sisihkan.
- Masukkan 2 sdm tapai ketan hitam dalam pinggan tahan panas, ratakan.
- Lalu tuang adonan telur.
- Kukus dalam dandang panas, kecilkan apinya, masak hingga matang, angkat.
- Sebelum disajikan, taburi bagian atas pudding dengan tapai ketan hitam.
