PUDING KETAN HITAM

Bahan:
100 gr gula pasir
5 kuning telur
3 putih telur
500 ml susu segar
250 gr tapai ketan hitam
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
  • Siapkan pinggan tahan panas volume 250 ml.
  • Kocok gula pasir dan telur hingga gula larut.
  • Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata. Saring dan sisihkan.
  • Masukkan 2 sdm tapai ketan hitam dalam pinggan tahan panas, ratakan.
  • Lalu tuang adonan telur.
  • Kukus dalam dandang panas, kecilkan apinya, masak hingga matang, angkat.
  • Sebelum disajikan, taburi bagian atas pudding dengan tapai ketan hitam.

Ingredients:

3 white eggs

250 g black glutinous tapai
1 teaspoon salt

How to make :
  • Prepare the dish volume of 250 ml heat resistant.
