AYAM GORENG TEPUNG

Bahan :
1 ekor ayam, potong 8 bagian
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
2 buah bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdt merica bulat
1/2 sdt jahe cincang
1 sdt garam
Bahan pelapis :
100 gr tepung terigu
1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1/2 sdt garam
100 cc air hangat
1 btr telur, kocok

Cara memasak :
  • Rebus ayam dengan dan bumbu halus hingga ayam lunak dan air berkurang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
  • Celupkan potongan ayam dalam telur lalu celupkan ke bahan pelapis. Ulangi sekali lagi.
  • Goreng ayam dalam minyak panas hingga matang kecoklatan.
  • Angkat dan sajikan dengan saos cabe.

Ingredients:

Smoothed Seasonings:
2 pieces of garlic
1 tsp coriander, toasted
1 tsp pepper round
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp salt
Coating:
100 gr flour
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
100 cc warm water
1 eggs, beaten


  • Boil chicken and spices until chicken is tender and water is reduced. Remove and let cool.
  • Dip chicken pieces in egg then dip into the coating material. Repeat once more.
  • Fried chicken cooked in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Remove and serve with chili sauce.
