SOP JAMUR MUTIARA

Bahan:
250 gr wortel potong kotak
1 buah tahu putih besar
150 gr jamur kancing, iris tipis
50 gr jamur shiitake
100 gr kacang polong
150 ml susu cair
3 sdm mentega
2 sdm susu bubuk
1 butir kuning telur
100 gr macaroni
1 tangkai seledri, iris halus
1 sdt pala bubuk
500 gr daging sop
3 liter air

Cara membuatnya :
  • Rebus daging dengan air hingga matang dan empuk. Angkat daging dan potong kotak.
  • Buat bakso mutiara: tahu putih di haluskan dan peras airnya dengan kain kasa hingga kering. Campur tahu dengan kuning telur, susu bubuk, garam, lada, dan gula.
  • aduk hingga semua tercampur rata. Bentuk bola-bola kecil sebesar kelereng dan goreng hingga kekuningan dan angkat.
  • Panaskan mentega dan tumis jamur shiitake hingga harum.
  • Masukkan wortel, daging dan jamur kancing lalu diberi garam, pala dan gula. Masukkan kacang polong aduk rata lalu angkat.
  • Panaskan kembali air sisa merebus daging dan masukkan campuran daging ke panci.
  • Tambahkan air lagi bila perlu, tuang susu cair, bakso mutiara, dan macaroni biarkan hingga kembali mendidih.
  • Angkat dan sajikan dengan menaburi irisan seledri diatasnya.

Ingredients:
500 gr beef soup
250 gr of carrots, diced
150 gr button mushrooms, thinly sliced
50 gr  shiitake mushrooms
100 gr green peas
100 gr macaroni
1 pcs of tofu
150 ml of liquid milk
3 tbs butter
2 tbs milk powder
1 whole egg yolk
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 tsp nutmeg powder
3 liters of water


  • Boil meat in water until cooked and tender. Remove meat and diced.
  • Make meatballs pearl: mashed tofu and squeeze the water with gauze to dry. Mix the tofu with egg yolk, milk powder, salt, pepper, and sugar.
