Bahan :
600 gr Daging ikan kakap tanpa tulang, potong kotak tebal 1 cm
200 gr Misoa
6 batang Sawi caisim
2 sdm Margarin
8 siung Bawang putih, dicincang dan digoreng hingga kering
Bumbu :
1 sdt lada
1 sdt Garam
1 sdt Gula
1 sdt Kecap asin
2 ltr Air
2 sdm Minyak wijen
Cara memasak:
600 gr Daging ikan kakap tanpa tulang, potong kotak tebal 1 cm
200 gr Misoa
6 batang Sawi caisim
2 sdm Margarin
8 siung Bawang putih, dicincang dan digoreng hingga kering
Bumbu :
1 sdt lada
1 sdt Garam
1 sdt Gula
1 sdt Kecap asin

Cara memasak:
- Rebus air hingga mendidih masukkan margarin dan bumbu
- Tambahkan potongan ikan, sawi caisim, minyak wijen dan misoa
- Didihkan sebentar hingga semua bahan matang lalu angkat
- Sajikan dengan tambahan bawang putih goreng diatasnya.

Ingredients:
600 gr fillets kakap fish, cut into 1 cm thick
200 gr Misoa
6 stem Mustard caisim
2 tablespoons margarine
8 cloves garlic, chopped and fried until crispy
Seasonings:
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 ltr Water
Ingredients:

- Boil water until boiling put margarine and seasonings
- Add fish, mustard caisim, sesame oil and misoa
- Simmer briefly until all ingredients cooked
- Serve with extra fried garlic on top.
