AYAM BAKAR KECAP

Bahan :
1 ekor ayam, potong 8 bagian
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 sdm air jeruk nipis
2 sdt garam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 cm jahe
2 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm minyak goreng
Haluskan :
3 cabai merah besar
6 cabai rawit merah
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri, sangrai
3 cm kunyit
1 sdt garam
Olesan :
2 sdm margarin, lelehkan
7 sdm kecap manis

Cara Membuat :
  • Cuci bersih ayam, lumuri air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan sebentar. Cuci bersih kembali, tiriskan.
  • Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus, tambahkan 2 sdm minyak goreng. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
  • Masak ayam bersama rendamannya, tambahkan lengkuas, serai, daun jeruk, dan jahe, masak hingga ayam lunak, angkat.
  • Panggang ayam diatas bara api dan selama memanggang olesi dengan bumbu margarin dan kecap manis. Panggang hingga berwarna kecoklatan, angkat. Sajikan hangat.

Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 cm galangal, smashed
2 tbs lime juice
2 tsp salt
2 pcs of orange leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm ginger
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs cooking oil
Smoothed seasonings :
3 large red peppers
6 red chillies
8 cloves shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 eggs pecans, toasted
3 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt
Seasonings spread :
2 tbs margarine, melted
7 tbsp soy sauce

  • Clean the chicken and coat with lime juice and salt then let stand briefly. Rinse again and drain.
  • Marinate chicken with spices, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Cook the chicken with seasoning, add the galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, and ginger, cook until chicken is tender, remove from heat.
  • Grilled chicken over coals of fire during grilling and basting with margarine and soy sauce flavor. Bake until lightly browned. Serve warm.
