SOTO AYAM

Bahan :
½ ekor ayam
1.5 ltr air
1 cm jahe, memarkan
½ sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
6 siung bawang putih, haluskan
2 batang serai, memarkan
5 lembar daun jeruk purut
½ sendok teh lada bubuk
1 sendok teh garam
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Pelengkap :
150 gram soun, seduh
250 gram kripik kentang
2 butir telur rebus
1 batang seladri, iris halus
100 gram taoge
2 buah jeruk nipis
Bawang goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat :
  • Rebus ayam hingga empuk, angkat dan potong-potong.
  • Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan serai, jahe, lada, daun jeruk, lada, kaldu ayam. Masukkan kedalam air rebusan ayam. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat.
  • Susun soun, taoge, potongan telur rebus, ayam, tuang kuah ayam dalam mangkuk.
  • Taburkan bawang goreng, daun seledri, kripik kentang, beri perasan jeruk nipis.
  • Hidangkan hangat.

Ingredients :
½ chicken
1.5 ltr water
1 cm ginger, crushed
½ teaspoon chicken gravy powder
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
5 lime leaves
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

Complement :
150 grams glass noodles, brewed
250 grams of potato chips
2 cooked eggs
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
100 grams of bean sprouts
2 pieces of lime
Fried onions
  • Boil chicken until tender, remove and cut into pieces.
