RISOL ISI TAHU KEJU

Bahan Isi :
250 gr tahu telur/ tofu potong dadu 1 cm
4 lbr keju chedar potong menjadi 3 bagian
minyak
Kulit :
100 gr tepung terigu
1 telur ayam
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 merica
1 sdm mentega tawar lelehkan
250 ml susu cair
Saus (aduk rata) :
1 sdt mustard
4 sdm mayonese
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdm merica bubuk
2 sdt seledri
Pelapis :
50 gr tepung terigu
2 btr telur ayam
75 gr tepung roti

Cara membuat :
  • Goreng tahu telur hingga kuning kecoklatan. angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Campur semua bahan kulit sampai rata. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan kulit diatas wajan anti lengket, ratakan dan masak hingga matang. Angkat.
  • Letakkan 1 lbr keju, 1sdt campuran mayonese dan tahu diatas selembar bahan kulit. Lipat bentuk amplop gulung.
  • Lapisi dengan tepung terigu, lalu celupkan ke adonan telur dan gulingkan ke tepung roti.
  • Goreng dalam minyak banyak hingga matang.
  • Sajikan dengan cabe rawit atau saos cabe.

Ingredient Fill:
250 gr of tofu cut into 1 cm dice
4 slices of
chedar cheese cut into 3 parts
oil
Skin :
100 gr flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1 tbs unsalted butter melted
250 ml of liquid milk
Sauce (mix well):
1 tsp mustard
4 tbs mayonese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tbs ground pepper
2 tsp celery
Coatings :
50 gr flour
2 eggs
75 g bread flour
  • Fry tofu until golden brown. remove and drain.
  • Mix flour, egg, salt, pepper, butter and milk until smooth. Pour 1 tablespoon batter on non-stick frying pan, flatten and cook until done. Lift.
  • Place 1 sheet of cheese, 1 teaspoon mayonese and tofu on a piece of leather. Roll and fold the dough.
  • Coat with flour, then dip into egg mixture and roll into bread flour. Fry in oil until cooked.
  • Serve with chili sauce or chili sauce.
