              200 g all-purpose flour
              100 g cassava, peeled, steamed, mashed
              1 teaspoon salt
              75 g cheddar cheese, grated
              1 teaspoon baking powder
              20 g cornstarch
              2 Chicken eggs, beaten off
              1 tsp dried chilli, crushed
              1 stalk celery, finely chopped, squeezed
              1 teaspoon instant chicken broth powder
              Oil for frying
              • Mix all ingredients, mix until grainy. Round.
              • Tipiskan by grinding the dough up to 2 mm thick. Enter in the mold noodles, chopped up to look like noodles with a width of 1 / 2 cm, cut back along the 15 cm.
              • Fry in hot oil until cooked lots and brown. Lift. Drain.
              • Store in a jar tightly. Serve.

              CHEESE STICK

              Bahan :
              200 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
              30 gr tepung kanji
              1/2 sdt merica bubuk
              175 gr keju edam parut
              1 bungkus bubuk kaldu sapi
              75 gr margarin lelehkan
              2 butir telur ayam kocok lepas
              minyak goreng

              Cara membuat :
              • Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung kanji, merica, garam, keju dan kaldu bubuk. Aduk hingga rata.
              • Tambahkan margarin dan telur kocok. Aduk rata hingga adonan tidak lengket dan dapat di bentuk.
              • Gilas adonan dengan ketebalan 1/2 cm, potong memanjang.
              • Goreng dalam minyak panas. Masukkan potongan adonan dengan perlahan agar tidak putus dan berbentuk lurus. Angkat dan tiriskan.

              1 packet powdered beef broth
              75 g melted margarine
              2 eggs chicken
              cooking oil
              • Mix the flour, cornflour, pepper, salt, cheese and broth powder. Stir until blended.
              • Add margarine and beaten eggs. Mix well until dough is not sticky.
