PUDING LECI MARKISA

Bahan I :
1000 ml susu cair
1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk
200 gram gula pasir
125 gram cokelat masak putih, dipotong-potong
2 kuning telur

Bahan II:
400 ml air
1/2 bungkus agar-agar bubuk
25 gram gula pasir
100 ml sirup markisa
175 gram leci kaleng
2 sendok teh selasih

Cara membuat:
  • Rebus susu cair, agar-agar dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  • Masukkan potongan cokelat masak putih, aduk hingga larut.
  • Ambil sedikit adonan kemudian tambahkan kuning telur.
  • Masukkan adonan kuning telur ke dalam rebusan susu dan aduk rata.
  • Masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
  • Tuang dalam cetakan hingga setengah beku.
  • Rebus air, agar-agar, sirup markisa dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
  • Tuang sedikit di atas cetakan. tambahkan leci dan selasih diatasnya kemudian tuang sisa bahan.
  • Tunggu hingga beku. Lebih nikmat disajikan dingin

Ingredients I:
1000 ml of liquid milk
1 pack of jelly powder
200 grams granulated sugar
125 grams white cooking chocolate, chopped
2 egg yolks

Ingredients II:
400 ml water
1 / 2 pack of jelly powder
25 grams sugar
100 ml passion fruit syrup
175 grams canned lychees
2 teaspoons of selasih

How to cook :
  • Boil fresh milk, jelly and sugar, stirring until boiling.
  • Insert white cooking chocolate, stirring until dissolved.
  • Take a little dough then add the egg yolks.
  • Enter the egg yolk dough into the boiling milk and stir well.
  • Cook and stir until boiling.
  • Pour in the mold until half frozen.
  • Boil water, jelly, passion fruit syrup and sugar, stirring until boiling.
  • Pour a little on top of mold. Add lychees and selasih on top then pour all the ingredients.
  • Wait till frozen. More delicious when served cold.
