Cara Membuat Tape Ketan Hijau

Bahan:
1 kg        beras ketan
2,8 ltr    air
4 sdm    pandan pasta
800 ml  air
6 buah   ragi tape bulat
5 sdm    gula kastor atau tepung gula

Cara membuat:
  • Setelah beras ketan di cuci hingga bersih, rendam dalam campuran 2 liter air dan pandan pasta selama 1 hari.
  • Tiriskan dan kukus hingga matang.
  • Didihkan 800 ml air, siram secara merata kedalam ketan kukus yang masih panas sambil diaduk rata.
  • Kukus kembali 25 menit kemudian angkat dan dinginkan.
  • Masukkan sebagian ketan hijau dalam wadah kemudian taburi ragi yang sudah dihancurkan dan gula kastor secara merata
  • Masukkan sisa ketan dan taburi lagi dengan ragi dan gula.
  • Tutup wadah dengan rapat dan tunggu selama 3 hari.
  • Tape yang sudah matang akan terasa manis dan sedikit asam

How to Make Green Glutinous Tape

Ingredients:
1 kg of
white glutinous rice
2.8 ltr water
4 tbs of pandan paste
800 ml water
6 pcs yeast
5 tbs caster sugar

How to make :
  • Glutinous rice that has been washed then soaked in a mixture of 2 liters of water and pandan pasta for a day.
  • Drain and steam until cooked.
  • Boil 800 ml of water, pour thoroughly into the steamed glutinous which is still hot and mixed well.
  • Steam for 25 minutes then remove and let cool.
  • Insert some of green glutinous in a container then sprinkle the yeast that has been crushed and the caster sugar thoroughly.
  • Add the rest of glutinous and sprinkle again with yeast and sugar.
  • Cover the container tightly and wait for 3 days.
  • Tape ready to serve if it tasted sweet and slightly sour.
