Bahan :
1 kg singkong parut
50 ml santan kental
1 sdm margarin yang dilelehkan
1 sdm seledri cincang
Saus :
1 sdm margarin
1 buah bawang bombay cincang
2 siung bawang putih cincang
250 gr tuna kalengan
150 gr saos tomat
3 sdm saos sambal
garam, gula dan merica bubuk secukupnya
Taburan :
1/2 buah paprika merah iris tipis
1/2 buah paprika hijau iris tipis
100 gr keju mozarella atau keju quick melt
Cara membuat :
- Tumis bawang dengan margarin hingga harum lalu masukkan tuna, saus tomat, saus sambal sambil diaduk. Tambahkan garam, gula dan merica bubuk sesuai selera. Angkat dan sisihkan.
- Campurkan singkong yang sudah diparut dengan santan, margarin dan seledri
- Tuang adonan ke atas penggorengan datar sambil di ratakan
- Tuang adonan saus diatas adonan singkong dan taburi dengan keju
- Masak hingga matang dan keju sudah meleleh.
- Sajikan dengan saus cabai

1 tablespoon chopped celery
Sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
250 g canned tuna
150 gr tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chili sauce
salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Topping:
1 / 2 thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 / 2 thinly sliced green bell pepper
100 gr of mozzarella cheese or a quick melt cheese

How to make :
- Stir fry onion with margarine until smell and enter the tuna, tomato sauce, chili sauce, stirring frequently. add salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Remove and put aside.
- Mix grated cassava with coconut milk, margarine and celery
- Pour the dough over flat frying pan while flatten
- Pour the sauce over the cassava dough and sprinkle with cheese
- Cook until done and cheese is melted.
- Serve with chili sauce
