30 gr tepung beras
60 gr tepung hunkwe

200 ml sirup markisa
4 tetes pewarna kuning

Cara Membuat :
- Campurkan tepung hunkwe, tepung beras, sirup markisa dan pewarna kuning ke dalam air lalu masak sambil diaduk hingga kental dan matang.
- Tuang ke cetakan cendol yang diletakkan di atas baskom berisi air es. Tekan adonan hingga berjatuhan ke dalam air.
- Sajikan cendol dengan campuran sirup markisa dan air
- Lalu tambahkan es serut dan buah markisa di atasnya sebagai pelengkapnya.

How to make :
- Combine hunkwe flour, rice flour, syrup passion fruit and yellow food coloring into the water and cooked, stirring frequently, until thickened and cooked.
- Pour into molds cendol placed over a bowl of ice water. Press dough until falling into the water.
- Cendol serve with a mixture of passion fruit syrup
- Then add shaved ice and passion fruit on it.
