KOLAK LABU DURIAN

Bahan :
350 gr labu kuning potong dadu
200 gr durian
300 gr sagu mutiara yg sudah direbus
500 gr daging kelapa muda
450 gr gula merah
800 ml air
300 gr kolang-kaling
3 lbr daun pandan
1 ltr  santan kental

Cara Membuat :
  • Rebus gula merah, air dan daun pandan hingga mendidih kemudian angkat dan saring.
  • Masukkan sagu mutiara, kelapa muda dan santan ke dalam rebusan gula merah, masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
  • Tambahkan kolang-kaling dan labu kuning, aduk dan masak sebentar.
  • Masukkan kolak labu ke dalam mangkuk saji, beri bagian atasnya dengan daging durian. Sajikan hangat

Ingredients :
350 gr diced yellow squash
200 gr of durian
300 gr cooked sago pearls
500 gr shaved young coconut
450 gr brown sugar
800 ml water
300 gr kolang kaling or diced white jelly
3 pcs pandan leaves
1 ltr thick coconut milk

How to cook :
  • Boil brown sugar, water and pandan leaves until boiling then remove and strain.
  • Insert pearl sago, coconut and coconut milk into a the stew of brown sugar, stirring until boiling.
  • Put kolang-kaling or diced white jelly and yellow squash, stir and cook for a while.
  • Insert in a bowl and add the top with durian. Serve warm.
